Update: Credits now names the 2023 instructors in full, including Carlos Lizárraga-Celaya, with their ORCID iDs.
Creation: Migrated CyVerse Container Camp (branch mkdocs, commit 1746ee8) from MkDocs Material to Zensical, structured as an Open Knowledge Format (OKF v0.2) knowledge bundle, for publication by the UNM Center for Advanced Research Computing at https://unm-carc.github.io/container-camp/. The 30 adapted pages carry OKF frontmatter with provenance (sources with per-file last_modified from the upstream git history) and a provenance footer; all are unverified pending review.
Creation: Reorganized the lessons into six sections with descriptive kebab-case file names (Getting started, Docker, Apptainer/Singularity, Orchestration, Cloud services, Resources); the old home page became the Workshop overview. MIGRATION.md in the repository maps every old URL to its new page.
Creation: Added a new home page, section listings, Credits, Contributing, For AI agents, the llms.txt and llms-full.txt indexes, and an examples/README.md describing the example Dockerfiles, Kubernetes manifests, and Terraform configurations that the lessons now link to.
Update: Modernized content where the change was clear-cut: Apptainer/Singularity naming (Apptainer keeps singularity as a command alias), Docker Compose v2 (docker compose), the current kubectl download URL, and current GitHub Actions versions. Fixed admonitions whose 8-space indentation rendered as code, list steps that lost their numbering, non-standard admonition types, typo'd, empty, and dead links, the garbled MPI definition file on the HPC page, and raw HTML highlighting on the advanced Terraform page (now a highlighted code block). Added UNM CARC tips to the Apptainer introduction, Apptainer on HPC, and Jetstream2 pages.
Deletion: Dropped the retired reStructuredText materials from earlier camps (old_rst/), the legacy image folder (old_assets/) and other unreferenced images, the 2022 in-person venue logistics page, the empty Azure, Google Cloud, and ChatGPT stubs, the Intercom chat widget, and the old MkDocs configuration. The originals remain in the CyVerse repository.
