Registration is open for the 2025 CARC Annual Meeting (CAM)

The UNM Center for Advanced Research Computing (CARC) is excited to announce its fourth annual user meeting, now called the CARC Annual Meeting (CAM), scheduled for April 14, 2025.

CAM serves as a platform for meaningful exchanges between users and center staff, while also fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. This event provides an opportunity for researchers across various fields to share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to the ongoing development of CARC’s computing resources.

Building on the success of last year’s student poster session, we are thrilled to continue this tradition. We encourage students and researchers to submit abstracts when registering to showcase their work at the afternoon poster reception. Posters should be 36” × 48”.

This year’s event featured updates on CARC initiatives over a luncheon, a keynote presentation, researcher discussions, and an open forum to discuss current research computing needs. The day concluded with the poster session, accompanied by coffee and snacks, where students and postdoctoral researchers presented their computational research projects.
