Location
The Center for Advanced Research Computing is located at:
1601 Central Avenue NE, Albuquerque NM 87106
The Center is on the north side of Central Avenue, one block west of University Boulevard. Open in Google Maps.
Parking
If you park in either of the lots on the east or west side of the building, or on Pine Street on the east side of CARC, obtain a one-day visitor parking permit at the CARC front desk.
Free but limited parking is offered on Ash Street to the west of the CARC building. Metered parking is available to the northeast of CARC in the lot in front of the church.
Neighborhood parking
Much of the parking in the neighborhoods around the building is permit-only, and you can be ticketed if you park in these areas.
Employees and resident lab personnel can obtain authorization for a long-term P parking pass from UNM Parking and Transportation Services — contact Sr. Business Manager Anneliese Ward about a long-term pass.
